Code of Conduct

1. You are to conduct yourself in a mature, professional manner at all times. Do not engage in "flaming" arguments with somsone in the lobby of MSN Gaming Zone or the rooms at Zone Match, and preferably with no one at all. Ignore that person, if the situation gets serious, contact a sysop. Remember, you ALONE represent our whole Clan and what people will think of us.

2. Support your wings and teammates, they are amongts the best you can have. So train with them, have fun together. Strive to better your own personal skills and those of your wingman and teammates. Guide each other to new heights of skill. Share new tactics and ideas with the Hell's Horses so that we all may benefit from each other.

3. Individual skills are not important compared to the enjoyment of the game and TEAMWORK. Hell's Horse success is measured by overall enjoyment of the game with your fellow warriors and achieving excellence in team work, not individual kills or achievements.

4. A Hell's Horse will never decline a direct order from the Keshik or any rank above him/her. Rank as well as Clan Structure play an important role in our Clan.

5. Gaining a rank in Clan Hell's Horses is through effort and skill. In the Clan there is no emphasis on pushing for a higher rank. Instead the real skill is excelling at the rank you have been given.

6. Participating and being active is an important aspect of any online group. You must be active, if you are going away for a vacation or away for some sort of thing, PLEASE e-mail someone from the Keshik and let him/her know the you are leaving for sometime. If a person goes inactive without notification they will receive an e-mail. If they do not respond to that e-mail within a week, they will be put on the Inactive reserve. If they do not retain their active duty within a week after their demotion to the reserve, then most likely they will not be in the Clan anymore.

7. Winning is fun, but fun is not necessarily winning.

---- « CHH Training » Training is bi-weekly. Since our league battles are not a daily thing, we need to keep our skills turned and reflexes sharp. We will have two training nights a week. These will be on Tuesday and Saturday and usually start somwhere between 7 and 8 PM EST. All members are expected to attend if able so that we can practice for upcomming battles and plan combos.

---- « CHH Voice Servers » All Hell's Horses are required to download Teamspeak which is our Voice-over-IP client. This Voice Server program allows us to communicate in battles, it also provides a *BASE* for the Clan. When a Clan member logs online, he/she should connect to the comms server.

---- « CHH Stock Planetary League is =Valor and Retribution (VnR) = http://www.vnr-league.com/

8. Please follow this Code of Conduct at all times. The key to having a good Clan and good organization is to follow these simple rules.
